PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small window cover provided in a small window of a housing case, and which can restrain dust from entering the case without the necessity of a split plate, and the housing case which can store both an operation box and a handle and open the small window and which can restrain dust from entering therein without the necessity of a split plate. ;SOLUTION: This housing case 1 for a window opening and closing device for opening a window when a push button 3 on an operation box 2 is depressed, comprises a small window cover 5 which is fitted in a small window located in an equivalent position in front of the push button 3 so as to be operatable being pushed therein upon housing of the operation box 2, and which is returned to a predetermined original position after the push-in operation.
