PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oxidizing agent to be used for permanently setting the form of hair. ;SOLUTION: This oxidative composition is obtained by including a first ingredient consisting of a composition containing at least one kind of oxidizing agent in an aqueous medium, and a second ingredient consisting of a composition containing at least one kind of thickening agent as an aqueous or oily dispersion or a reversed-phase emulsion, and can be immediately applied to the hair so as to form the disulfide linkages of the hair again after mutually mixing the first ingredient and the second ingredient when to be used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
