PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make dynamic and exact prediction of end time of a business possible by reflecting difference of degrees of influence by multiplexing degrees by every processing unit to constitute the business. ;SOLUTION: One business is segmentized by individual processing units having characteristics, processing time is estimated by using it as the minimum unit by a processing time prediction processing means 13 and the total of the processing time is defined as the entire processing time of the business. Since the estimation of the processing end time by processing unit is reflected on changes of multiplexing degrees, the processing time is predicted by taking weight (a weighting coefficient table 162) to the processing time by every multiplexing degree in one processing unit. In addition, the processing time is calculated by reflecting influences of changes of the multiplexing degrees to be generated when a new business is introduced not only on the new business but on the existing business and the end time of the entire businesses in a system is judged on the basis of the last end time among newly introduced businesses including the existing business.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
