PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the re-education and training device of a motion sensing function capable of making the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system (proprioception system) sound at the same time of the bending and stretching movement of a joint by combining the intention of the patient and the bending and stretching movement of the joint. SOLUTION: As for a joint bending and stretching movement device for performing the bending and stretching movement of the joint 12 by fitting arms 2 and 3 provided so as to be bent by a driving means to the joint 12, the controller 42 of a control panel 20 is provided with a recognized angle inputting means for inputting the bending angle of the arms 2 and 3 recognized by the patient sensibly, an angle measuring means for measuring the bending angle of the arms 2 and 3 in the case of inputting by this recognized angle inputting means, a judging means for comparing the recognized angle inputted by the recognized angle inputting means with a measured angle measured by the angle measuring means to judge whether the recognized angle is approximate to the measured angle and a judging result reporting mans for reporting the judging result of the judging means to the patient.
