PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a state where flexible containers are piled up and safely lay a sheet over the containers. ;SOLUTION: A flexible containers cargo collapse preventing sheet 1 is made of a soft belt-shaped body 2 having more tensile strength that is needed. The size of the belt-shaped body 2 is determined to be 2400mm long and 800 to 1500mm wide.
