PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the continuous motion pattern of a target without actual motion of the target by simulating the continuous motion pattern of the target. ;SOLUTION: A control device 2 has a function to store a continuous motion pattern being a signal by which a target 7 is caused to continuously effect back-and-forth movement and an appearing and disappearing motion. Further, the control device 2 has a monitor to display a storing continuous motion pattern. Moreover, a target control apparatus 6, when it receives a continuous motion pattern signal from the control device 2, causes the target 7 to effect back-and-forth movement and an appearing and disappearing motion according to the continuous motion pattern.
