PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high corrosion-proof characteristic of a hollow wire for preventing the possibility of insulation the breakdown and termination of an armature coil by providing a film of an organic material to the part to be in contact with the cooling water, namely at the internal wall of the hollow wire. ;SOLUTION: A film 9 made of epoxy resin is formed, by removing after a solid wire box 4 is connected to both ends of a stator coil 1, scale adhered to the brazing portion with the internal wall of hollow wire 2 and a solid wire box 4 by the acid washing process and then forming a film for preventing the corrosion by oxidation to the brazing portion with the internal wall of solid wire 2 and the solid wire box 4. Thereafter, the film 9 made of epoxy resin is provided to the internal wall of the hollow wire 2. First, liquid thermosetting resin is injected from a feed/exhaust metal cap 6 of the solid wire box 4 to fill the internal side of hollow wire 2 and the solid wire box 4 with the thermosetting resin.
