PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine provided with a ball discharge device for discharging balls even when the power of the game machine is turned off and to provide the ball discharge device of a manual type in a simple structure not using an energizing means such as a spring.;SOLUTION: A guiding gutter unit (ball discharge device) 11 is provided with a first branch guiding gutter 15 for guiding game balls 30 guided into the unit from a guiding rail 9 to a prize ball payout device 12, a second branch guiding gutter 17 for guiding the game balls 30 to the ball discharge passage 16 of the game machine 1 and a manual turning type ball discharge switching valve 18 turnably provided at the branching part of both branch guiding gutters 15 and 17 so as to switch the branch guiding gutters to which the game balls 30 are to be guided by the changeover of the turning position of itself in order to exclusive shunt the game balls 30 to the first branch guiding gutter 15 and the second branch guiding gutter 17. The ball discharge switching valve 18 is pivotally and turnably supported in a gravity direction inside the guiding gutter unit 11 and is provided with a leading ball housing part 19 in a circular arcuate shape extended along the turning direction and a leading ball 20 provided movably by gravity inside the leading ball housing part 19.
