PURPOSE: To obtain an amino acid nutrient composition having effect of rapidly relieving the fatigue of the muscle itself developed when an excessive burden is applied to it or mental fatigue such as weary feeling involved in muscular fatigue. CONSTITUTION: This amino acid nutrient composition comprises 6.0-21.0mol% of L-arginine, 6.0-20.0mol% of L-isoleucine, 8.0-25.0mol% of L-leucine, 6.0-19.0mol% of L-valine, 1.0-6.0mol% of L-lysine, 2.0-8.0mol% of methionine, 4.0-13.0mol% of L-threonine, 10-6.0 mol% of L-histidine, 3.0-9.0mol% of L-proline, 0.2-1.0mol% of L-phenylalanine, 0.1-1.0mol% of L-tryptophan, and 8.0-27.0mol% of L-glutamine.
