PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard device and electronic piano which can apply the same technique as acoustic piano in the height adjustment of a keyboard, are equal in touch and appearance, compared with acoustic piano, and has a high degree of freedom in design. SOLUTION: This electronic piano has a wippen 15, a jack 17, a hammer corresponding member H, a damper corresponding member D, and a stop rail 32. The first switch SW1 of a button switch 60 is switched by a damper lever 24 when the damper corresponding member D reaches a prescribed position determined between a damper initial position D1 and a damper rotating position D2, and the second switch SW2 is pressed ON by the damper lever 24 only when the damper corresponding member D reaches the damper rotating position D2. A control device generates a sound from a speaker when the second switch SW2 is ON, and stops the sound when the first switch SW1 is changed from ON to OFF thereafter.
