PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease the production of food containing bean jam which requires extensibility such as a roll-in-type bean jam bread. SOLUTION: A wrapping body 1 for a sheet of bean jam is the one in which the sheet of bean jam, consisting of a mixture of 100 pts.wt. bean jam material made of cooked beans, such as small reddish-brown beans, 3-100 pts.wt. sugar, 0.5-40 pts.wt. fat and oil, and 0.05-10 pts.wt. agar, is wrapped with a wrapping film. This wrapping body is hermetically sealed by providing a back seal 2, extending longitudinally on one side of the wrapping body, which is made by sealing a superimposed part under heat, and end seal parts 3, extending across the back seal 2, which is made by sealing both ends of the wrapping body under heat.
