PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming device which can be constructed at a low cost and can efficiently remove foam. ;SOLUTION: This defoaming device comprises an inner vessel 18 into which foam 17 of treating liquid are fed, plural blade members 20 fixed to the wall of the inner vessel 18, a motor 21 for rotating the inner vessel 18, and an outer vessel 19 arranged on a concentric circle of the inner vessel 1 and for recovering the treating liquid which has passed through plural holes of a small diameter.
