A TV signal synchronization signal generation part 7 generates horizontal synchronization signals HSYNC, vertical synchronization signals VSYNC and field signals FLD and outputs them to the vertical address generation part 5. The vertical address generation part 5 generates the read vertical address VADR of a frame memory 2 and outputs it to the frame memory 2.
