Methods, systems, and articles of manufacture consistent with the present invention provide the sharing of intellectual capital for the servicing of customer computer-based systems. Data about a customer is asynchronously received and it is determined whether the data indicates a potential problem with the customer. A notice is published of the potential problem responsive to determining that there is a potential problem.
