An image processing apparatus processes image data two-dimensionally arrayed in vertical and horizontal directions. A vertical size changing section changes a size of the image data in the vertical direction. A horizontal size changing section changes the size of the image data changed by the vertical size changing section in the horizontal direction. A display section displays the image data changed in size in the vertical and horizontal directions.
