An apparatus for practicing Self Defense

Tower shaped apparatus, comprising a Square base, two vertical Pipes that make up the Tower and four arms joined to the Tower by Springs at its ends, these arms have Padded Plates in the form of rectangles. The Order of these four arms is the focus of work gloves, i.e. Whites to receive impacts.The role of the Springs is the Mobility grant to each arm and to absorb shocks, shock provided by the user. Lining each spring is a rubber hose that dampens the Oscillation of the same.
