A device for extracting oil from the Peel of citrus fruits and whole Structure includes a Plurality of Rollers which are Parallel horizontal toothed LUGs to Pierce The Outer surface of the whole Fruit. Each Roller is Mounted so as to rotate through a Shaft which is fixed to the structure.A Plurality of Motors are mounted to the structure, each of which is mechanically coupled to a corresponding Shaft of the Rollers. Each motor independently rotated The Shaft and the Roller. The Apparatus further includes a Controller to individually control the rotation speed of each Roller.
