The hydraulic locking devices (5) are located very close to a location in the base of the vehicle superstructure (3) which is the best place for resisting any absorbance of the force generated by the device. The system is located between the chassis (1) and superstructure and comprises more than one load cell (4) and more than one hydraulic locking device located very close to a load cell. The hydraulic devices are used to help the load cells resist shock forces and overloading when the vehicle (1) is being driven.
