"METHODS OF EXTRACTED RENTAL INFORMATION FROM A DATABASE AND ANALYZING EXTRACTED RENTAL INFORMATION AND BUILDING AND ACCESSING A DATABASE". A method for building and managing a database to enable an organization of client employees or tenants to analyze vehicle transaction information is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of entering the database from a plurality of files. Each file defines a vehicle lease transaction and includes a vehicle rental location indicator parameter in terms of a plurality of different granularity geographic divisions and an indicator parameter of an attribute of a vehicle rental transaction. The organization is allowed to select geographic division granularity and to identify vehicle rental transactions originating from the selected granularity geographic division. The parameter is collected from all identified vehicle rental transactions to provide an indication of the parameter collected from all rental locations within the selected granularity geographic divisions. Geographic divisions include selections of street addresses, cities, states, provinces, countries, and country combinations. The second parameter may include selections of expenses involved in the rental transaction, the form of payment, the duration of the rent, the date of the rent, and the affiliated organization or tenant.
