"ETHANOL AND ETHANOLIC REFLECTION PROCESS FOR AZEOTROPIC DISTILLATION, ENERGY SAVING". The invention relates to an energy-saving azeotropic distillation process of ethanol dehydration and ethanolic reflux. The energy-saving device combines several devices which are notably: - the double-effect heating of the CR heavy-phase regeneration column under vacuum by the pressure-operated CD dehydration column, - the recovery of the available calories at the top of the dewatering for an assembly comprising heat exchangers E1, E4 and steam jet compressor (s) T, - a third body desolvation of the extracted heavy phase, feeding the regeneration column CR by an addition of water. By way of example, the invention allows the dehydration of ethanolic reflux containing 7.54% by weight of water to a content of 2,500 ppm, consuming less than 50 kg of steam at 21 ba, Vhp, to a working quantity corresponding to hectolitre of pure alcohol in a two column distillation plant with cyclohexane as the third body.
