The invented apparatus for desulfurizing combustion products in a circulating fluidized bed consists of a fluid absorber (1) the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of en electrostatic separator (2) while the input of which is connected to at least one sorbent dosing device. It further comprises at least one recirculating mechanism (5) arranged between said fluid absorber (1) bottom supply portion (11) and the outlet of separated solid particles of said electrostatic separator (2) and with at least one transporting mechanism (6) arranged therebelow. Said fluid absorber (1) consists of the bottom supply portion (11) with an inlet of at least one sorbent storage tank (8). Said bottom supply portion (11) is followed up with a transient portion (12) with an inlet of at least one water injection piping (7) and being connected with a cylindrical portion (13) that is followed up with an upper transient portion (14). Said electrostatic separator (2) is formed of two flue gas supply duct systems (21) the outlet of which is attached at least one electrode cube (22) having in its bottom arranged at least two hoppers (23) and having its outlet connected to at least one flue gas duct system (24). Said fluid absorber (1) upper transient portion (14) has the form of a T-shaped hollow body that is inserted by its leg onto the fluid absorber (1) cylindrical portion (13) and the outlet arms of which follow up directly with the inlets of the electrostatic separator (2) flue gas supply duct systems (21), whereby at least mechanical preliminary separators (9) are built in said flue gas supply duct systems (21) in at least one row.
