Device of miniaturized construction for producing high pressure in a fluid, atomizer for spraying pressurized liquid and reciprocating pump device for producing high pressure in a fluid
In the present invention, there is disclosed a device of miniaturized construction for producing high pressure in a fluid said device comprising a cylindrical hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31) displaceable mounted in a cylinder (1) having performed in its interior a route (7) for fluid (72), and a high-pressure chamber (4) disposed inside the cylinder (1) upstream the piston (17, 22, 28, 31). Said hollow cylindrical piston (17, 22, 28, 31) has an enlarged portion (20, 33) at its inlet or outlet end the inside diameter of which is greater than inside diameter in the remainder of the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31), and the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31) also has an inwardly shaped edge (19, 24) for making an edge either all over the periphery thereof or on a portion of its periphery in the inlet or outlet end. The device further comprises a valve closing due to resistance acting against direction of fluid (72) flow on a valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) or due to friction on the cylindrical wall, and the valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) with a predetermined sealing surface at the inlet end thereof. Said valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) is guided and mounted axially movable inside the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31) in the enlarged portion (20, 33) thereof and maximum diameter of the valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) is smaller than inside diameter of the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31) in the enlarged portion (20, 33) thereof and greater than inside diameter in the remainder of the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31). At the outlet end of the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31) enlarged portion (20, 33), there are performed driving means for retaining the valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) inside the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31). The valve is closed when the valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) fits on to said predetermined sealing surface, and is open when the valve element (18, 23, 29, 37) fits on to the driving means at the outlet and of the hollow piston (17, 22, 28, 31) enlarged portion (20, 33). Disclosed is also an atomizer for spraying a fluid and a reciprocating pump device for producing high pressure in the fluid. Both the objects comprise the above-indicated device for miniature construction for fluid pressurizing.
