A method is proposed for manufacturing of molded and none-molded refractory products using mixed binding suspensions based on densely sintered bauxite with porosity below 5% and wherein the mixed binding suspension comprises the bauxite of 88-92% and the quartz glass of 8-12% wt% based on dry material. The mixed binding suspensions are prepared by wet intergriding in ball mills. The quartz glass is loaded into a milling charge in the form of the pre-prepared quartz glass suspension of mean dispersion (below 1 mkm - 5-15 wt%, up to 5 mkm - 30-60 wt%), The mixed suspensions have density 2.60-2.78 g/cm2 (moisture content 11-12%), particles content below 5 mkm is 40-60% wt%. For plastification 1-4 wt% fire clay can be added at the last step of the wet grinding of the mixed binding suspension. For refractory products used for manufacturing massive monolithic lining a coarse filler based on aluminum oxide with dmax=20 mm. Is used. 1-3 wt% of high alumina cement is added with reduced content (SiO2 + Fe2O3 + Na2O) - below o.4 wt% for accelerating refractory products hardening. There can also be added 1-3 wt% of disperse silicon to refractory products as antioxidant.
