摘要
he invention relates to a double-flow gutter of any size, shape and material, which gutter unifies the two inclined sides of the roof, covers -from the upper part- the diagonal ridge of the final roof and conducts the water issued from both sides of the roof to the external part thereof, through two separate chambers. The gutter in question may be made in one piece or composed either of plural parts or of two parts -the lower part 1 and the upper part 2 (fig. 2)- which parts are mutually united (fig.1)) and form the chambers 3,4. The tiles or whatever roof covering material engage the chambers of the gutter 3,4 (fig.1) from both sides, so that there is no need to cut up with accuracy and in the diagonal, the final surface of the roof, since this last is covered by the recess which, being formed by the double-flow gutter, retains the material of the final roof covering not needing be fixed by plaster. The water admitted from the rear of the diagonal roof ridge runs towards the separate chambers 3,4 (fig.1) and comes out freely, not impeded by plaster. Furthermore, the invented gutter is accompanied with an additional comb-like or meshed material used in wavy roof coverings (e.g. roman tiles) covering the gap formed at the finishing of the roof, between the gutter and the roof covering, to permit water flow and prevent birds from entering.
