Method of anastomoses omentopexy after distal gastric resection

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for prevention of complications after distal gastric resection in case of gastroduodenal ulcers complicated with hemorrhage, stenosis or malignized ulcers.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the laparotomy, it is mobilized 2/3 of the stomach distal portion by ligature and excision of the gastrocolic ligament onto the greater curvature of stomach and of the hepatogastric ligature onto the lesser curvature of stomach. Then it is carried out resection of 2/3 of the stomach and it is formed the stomach stump. After removal of 2/3 of the stomach it is instituted an anastomosis between the stomach stump and the duodenum, which is sutured in two planes. In the first plane it is sutured the stomachal mucosa and the duodenal mucosa, and in the second one there are applied sero-serous sutures. Then it is formed a flap from the greater omentum, which is placed behind the stomach, circularly applying it onto the anastomosis line and fixing is to the anastomosis and the stomach. Afterwards it is carried out drainage of the abdominal cavity and layer-by-layer suture of the wound.
