The present invention refers to a hydropneumatic bag for a hemostatic packaging with means for monitoring intra-abdominal pressure. Said bag is placed inside the human body remaining in the abdominal cavity for long periods of time without requiring a second surgical intervention for removing the same, thereby avoiding several problems such as the adhesion of the bag to the tissues which causes the contact surface to be damaged again and create ideal conditions for a bacterial surge, amongst others. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel form to package the abdominal cavity due to the novel construction thereof, which is characterized in that it avoids problems caused by the current materials used for packaging the abdominal cavity, the invention having means for monitoring the intra-abdominal pressure and for draining fluids formed about the bag.
