The adapter casing (1) has its rear end connected to a compressed air source (7) and its front end connected to the air tube (72) for an air nozzle panel (73) in the bath tub so that compressed air passes through the casing and enters the tub to form bubbles. A valve (4) inside the casing is used to open and close the air passage through the latter, depending on the presence of compressed air inside the casing. A spring (5) mounted inside the casing is used to urge the valve into the closed position. A perfume dispenser (6) mounted in the rear end of the casing comprises a perfumed sheet (65) held between two open dispenser casing half-sections (61, 62), in order to perfume the air passing through the adapter casing.
