The punch consists of a punch head (10) and a punch body (20). The body has a through boring (21), out of which the punch head projects. The punch body has an upper first-stage sector (23) somewhat smaller in diameter than the lower second-stage sector. The head may have an annular bulge (11) round the bottom end to fit in an annular groove (22) in the bottom end of the boring.
