Described are medicinal compositions containing components characterized by comprising human parathyroid hormone peptide or its derivative and acetic acid in an amount less than the stoichiometric amount to the human parathyroid hormone peptide or its derivative. In these medicinal components, the amount of acetic acid, which occurs in the state of adhering to the human parathyroid hormone peptide or its derivative, is reduced to the level less than the stoichiometric amount to the peptide or its derivative. Therefore, these components have a high stability and can provide a favourable feel in using when employed in the medicinal compositions.
