Use of at least one cyanoacrylate compound alone or combined for producing a medicament for prophylactic or therapeutic treatment of diseases in and related to humane dermal tissue or humane mucous tissue is disclosed. The medicament offers an advantageous alternative to hitherto known medicaments for treatment of exanthemaes, psoriasis exanthemaes, exanthemaes in connection with fungal infections, virus infections, cutaneous tissue and revision of infected and non-infected wounds.
