The absorption device is designed especially for absorption accompanied by a chemical reaction. It consists of sprayers mounted in a housing. It is characterised in that the sprinklers (2) are mounted in the housing (1) one above the other. They are perpendicular with respect to the housing axis (1). They form alternating levo-rotatory and dextro-rotatory helical surfaces inside the absorber. Their axis is parallel to the gas glow direction inside the housing. The sprinklers, made in the form of elastic liquid-filled pipes, have openings (3) of variable cross-section, depending on the pressure of the liquid inside the sprinklers (2).
