The device for scarifying soil is drawn and driven by a farm tractor through a set of transmission gears. It is characterised in that the device is constructed on a horizontal shaft (1). The working sections are secured to the shaft through circular disks (2) with circumferential blades. The working sections have at least two identical working assemblies spaced evenly along the circumference and consisting of a symmetrical share (4). The working assemblies are secured to and separable from the disks (2) at the angle of 1-30 degrees to the tangent to the disks (2) at the point where the share is fixed. On the side of the device shaft, the share is connected through hinges to the flap (3). The latter is secured to the disks (3) through the pressing springs (5), stabilising the flap (3) position outside the section. Behind the flap (2), the bar partition (7) on the extension arm (6) is fixed through an articulated joint to the disks (2). The longer end of the partition is connected with the pressing spring (8), secured immobile on the disk (2) before the flap (3).
