The invention relates to a condenser for the freeze distillation of the deuterium-tritium mixture, comprising an external jacket (4), a tubesheet (2), a tube bundle (1), a vapour dome (5), the level valves (8 and 9), the connections (6 and 7), and provided with a radiation shield (3) placed inside the external jacket (4) and secured into the tubesheet (2) thereby allowing the sealing of the external jacket (4) against the cryogenic fluid and diminishing the coldness losses by conduction and radiation.
