PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A PRINTING MATTER, ESPECIALLY CLOSED APPROXIMATELY ANNULAR PRINTED MATTER, ONTO THE SURFACE OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL PRODUCT MADE BY INJECTION MOULDING PROCEDURE

A procedure for making a printing matter, especially a closed approximately annular printed matter, onto the surface of a thermoplastic material product made by injection moulding procedure, consists of several steps, such as printing on a prefabricated thermoplastic sheet by using temperature insensitive colours, followed by insertion of the sheet, adjusted to a right dimension, into a mould provided for shaping thermoplastic products according to the injection moulding procedure, and then followed by closing the mould and injecting hot thermoplastic mass into it, where cooling of the mould and the time in which the mould with injected mass and previously inserted sheet remain closed are adjusted to one another in such a manner, that the hot thermoplastic mass melts the sheet on their mutual contact side and on its edges and that the sheet is not thermally altered on the side where it fits to the surface of the mould. The procedure according to the invention enables carrying out quality printing matter on thermoplastic material, especially on uneven, preferentially bent or arc-shape, approximately annular closed surfaces, where under quality printing, quality colours, precise pattern and especially a quality contact in annular closed printing matters are understood.
