Described are pesticidal 1,4-diaryl-2-fluoro-2-butene compounds having the structural formula (I), where Ar is substituted phenyl, 1- or 2-naphthyl, optionally 5- and 6-membered heteroaromatic ring and others substituents are described in description. Disclosed are also compositions comprising those compounds and the methods for the control of insects and acarid pests.
