A magnetoplane has a circular shape with the crew compartment, a power compartment and superconducting solenoids evenly located in the circle of the housing under rotating revolving superconducting energy ring circuit, which form galvanic connection between them, with power unit and control unit. For extinction of reactive rotary motion of the housing, which appears from the rotation of energy and carrier rings, auxiliary ring is mounted, which rotates in the perpendicular plane around the axis of housing, but opposite in direction.
