METHOD FOR ESTIMATING AGE OF CORPSE

The method for estimating the age of the corpse consists in sampling the tissue from the left ventricle of the heart followed by its biophysical study. The changes of the elastic and viscous properties of the tissues in the sample are recorded. The age of the corpse is estimated by verifying the values obtained with the calibrated identifiers. Furthermore, the electric current is applied to the sample. The voltage drop is recorded, and the relative dielectric coefficient of the tissue is measured. If the relative dielectric coefficient of the tissue falls within the range of 130-115 arbitrary units, the estimated age of the corpse is 60-37 years. If the relative dielectric coefficient of the tissue falls within the range of 114-85 arbitrary units, the estimated age of the corpse is 36-22 years. If the relative dielectric coefficient of the tissue falls within the range of 84-71 arbitraryunits, the estimated age of the corpse is 21-15 years. Finally, if the relative dielectric coefficient of the tissue falls within the range of 70-50 arbitrary units, the estimated age of the corpse is 14-7 years.
