METHOD FOR RAISING HOUSES OF MONOLYTHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE WITH MONOLYTHIC LINING

Method for making buildings of monolithic reinforced concrete with monolithic lining includes planning of the site, marking of the position of the basement, the basement construction, mounting of the ceiling covering, mounting of slide falsework, filling of falsework with concrete mix, processing of the inner and the outer surfaces of the building, arrangement of the monolithic ceilings and partitions of the building, arrangement of cuts û the window, the balcony, door ones; arrangement of permanent roof with its fixation at not cured concrete,laying engineering communications in the process of the building raising. First one mounts the roof of the building, on the basement over the sheets of the falsework forms there are fixed, on the base of the roof trusses, at the inner side of the building, the oil-station, concrete mixer, movable falsework and blocks for the rope pass-by at the elevator lift, those are placed over the freight elevators. The mounted roof of the building is installed on hydraulic jacks with possibility of translational motion in layers in vertical plane, one lifts the roof to the level of the ceiling cover of the ground floor, with fixation by means of hydraulic jacks; one performs reinforcement and filling of the floor. The falsework is filled with concrete mix, at that before feeding the concrete mix to the falsework the outer lining of the building is placed in it, with reinforcement with a reinforcement frame as a monolithic unit; and after concrete in the falsework of the ground floor curing one fills the floor with reinforcement, and the cycle of motion of the roof is repeated.
