The adaptive device for removing the thrombi and the foreign bodies from the blood vessels and the hollow organs comprises the catheter and the extractor itself designed as a basket consisting of the arched soft flexible rods of various length made of the biologically inert material. The rods flexed out of the longitudinal axis of the filter are assembled and fastened in the holders. The diameter of the basket varies with the diameter of the blood vessels and the hollow organs.
