METHOD AND INSTALLATION OF THERMO-BIOLOGICAL DISPOSAL OF HOUSEHOLD AND INDUSTRIAL ORGANIC WASTE AND SILTS OF URBAN EFFLUENTS

The method of thermo-biological disposal of household and industrial organic waste and silts of urban effluents provides for their complex processing with obtaining of nontraditional energy carriers and biological humus. In this case, household and industrial waste after disinfection and drying is separated into solid organic waste subject to the pyrolysis and moist food waste, which are mixed up with the silts of urban effluents and the obtained mixture is treated for production of biological humus. Pyrolysis provides for obtaining steam-gas mixture supplied to the gas-turbine power station. The production of biological humus provides for fermentation of the mixture of moist food waste and silts, treatment of the fermented slime by microorganisms and fungus, processing the obtained mass by red wiggler worm. The specific modes of conducting technological operations are indicated. Wasteless production is ensured by proposed installation.
