TECHNIQUE FOR POSTERIOR SURGICAL ACCESS TO SPINAL CORD ACCORDING TO JO.O.NAKCHABA

摘要

The technique for the posterior surgical access to the spinal cord provides for opening the spinal canal without skeletization. The spinous processes and the arches of the vertebrae at the level of the access are kept intact. Such a technique allows the surgeon to decrease substantially the blood losses in the course of the surgery and to restore the anatomical structure of the spinal canal.
