The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the traumatology and the orthopedics and intended for the treatment of the pelvic injuries associated with the rupture of the pubic joint. The device for the deepened osteosynthesis intended for the surgical treatment of the rupture of the pubic joint contains the overlay fastening element for attaching to the joining pubic bones. The fastening element is designed as V-shaped body with two arms. Each arm contains the vertical hole for self-tapping screw symmetrically to the symphysis line and the groove with the slot. Inside the groove with the slot, the demountable flat sharpened clamp is installed capable for rotating around the pin attached in the wall of the groove while being inserted into the pubic bone. The clamp is equipped with the restraining screw for being connected with the body of the device upon being inserted into the bone. The body of the device has a flexure within the physiologic variants of the angle between the joint pubic bones.
