The device for opening and closure of the covers of unloading hatchway of bunker railroad car consists of longitudinal drive shaft and actuating cylinder of double-sided action located under the railroad car and cinematically connected with the hatch covers. Furthermore, the drive shaft and actuating cylinder are connected together with the help of the crank.
