METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF MALIGNANT TUMORS IN MAXILLARY SINUS AND ETHMOID BONE

The method for the surgical treatment of malignant tumors in the maxillary sinus and the ethmoid bone according to Denker's technique. The incision isperformed above the transitional fold of the upper lip up to the frenulum. The soft tissues of the cheek and the nose are separated subperiosteally. The maxillary sinus is opened in the anterior medial divisions. The frontal process of the maxilla and the lacrimal bone are resected completely. Ethmoidectomy is performed.
