A method for the preparation of biologically active water consists in that the white dry wine is added to water. White dry wine with pH of 3.3-2.7 contains 8-12 % of volume of alcohol, titrated acidity of 0.5-0,7 %, 0.5-0.7 g/l of tannin , 0.7-1.3 g/l of sugar, 0.7-1.5 g/l of volatile acids , 1.7-2.7 g/l of tartaric acid, 2-23 mg/l of aldehydes, 2.7-5.0 mg/l of free sulphuric acid at an amount of 0.05-0.1 ml per 1 liter of water.
