A high-manganese steel with maintaining ratio of sum of twenty percent of manganese, hundred percent of chrome and nickel to the carbon in the range between 2.82 and 9.16. Use of chrome in the composition of steel in the range of 0.5-2.2 %, nickel inthe range of 0.5-2.2 %, molybdenum in the range of 0.15-0.55 % and vanadium in the range of 0.15-0.35 % provides a high wear-resistance of pieces in the conditions of abrasive and abrasive-shock-abrasive wear.
