METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING TYPES OF FETOPLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY IN DIFFERENT TERMS OF GESTATION

The method for diagnosing the types of the fetoplacental insufficiency in different terms of gestation provides for assaying the parameters of antioxidant protection and the level of the lipid peroxidation. The catalase activity is estimated. The activity below 11.8 mg H2O2/ml is indicative of the uterine-placental type of the fetoplacental insufficiency; the activity below 6.79 mg H2O2/ml is indicative of the placental type; the activity above 12.1 mg H2O2/ml û fetal-placental insufficiency.
