RTK sistem, postupak i uredjaj za beino upravljanje angaovanom snagom i racionalizaciju potronje elektrine energije u elektroenergetskim sistemima radio putem kojim se reava problem dinamikog upravljanja elektrinom snagom na strani potronje i problem optimizacije potronje elektrine energije u elektroenergetskim sistemlma obuhvata RTK sistem koji se sastoji od dispeerskog raunara (1), upravljako nadzorne jedinice (2), UHF emisionog postrojenja (3), antenskog sistema (4), mnotva digitalnih RTK prijemnika (5), etalona vremena (6), neprekidnog napajanja (7), i kontrolnog RTK prijemnika (8). U postupku prema pronalasku iz dispeerskog centra sa dispeerskog raunara (1), iniciraju se akcije slanja telekomandnih poruka. Upravljako nadzorna jedinica (2), obrazuje telekomandnu poruku odredjenog formata i posredstvom emisionog postrojenja (3), i antenskog sistema (4), alje radio signal u etar. Telekomandna poruka stie do svih RTK prijemnika (5), u zoni pokrivanja emisionog postrojenja. Svaki RTK prijemnik (5) u radio mrei ponaa se kao daljinski programabilni mikroraunar. RTK prijemnik (5), obuhvata UHF prijemnik (9) povezan sa antenom (12) i mikroraunarskim uredjajem (10) iji izlazi upravljaju uklopnim satovima (11). Postupak predvidja izbor radne uestanosti od cca 450 MHz ime je obezbedjeno efikasno funkcionisanje sistema u urbanim sredinama.[Procedure and unit for wireless control of engaged power and rationalizaion of electrical energy consumption in electroenergetic systems by radio system by means of which is solved roblem of dynamic controll of electric power as regards the consumption and problem of optimization of electrical energy consumption in electroenergetic systems including RTK system involving a dispatching computer (1), control monitoring unit (2), UHF emission drive (3), antenna system (4), multiplicity of digital RTK receivers (5), time standard (6), continual feeding (7), and steering RTK receiver (8). In the procedure according to the invention from the dispatching center from the dispatching computer (1), are initiated activities for sending telecontrolled messages. Control monitoring unit (2), forms telecommand message of certain format and by means of transmission diving unit (3), and antenna system (4), sends radio sygnal in ether. Transmitted telecomand message reaches all RTK receivers (5) in radio network system and acts as remote programmable microcomputer. RTK receiver (5), comprises UHF receiver (9) linked with antenna (12) and microcomputer unlt (10) outlets of which steer over co-operating adjustable watch-meters (11).
