Tandem detonatorski pojanici i postupak njihove izrade, se sastoji od osnovnog eksplozivnog punjenja (2) od TNT u leitu detonirajueg tapina ili DK-8 ugradjen detonatorski pojanik (1) od flegmatizovanog pentrita ili pentolita koji primaju poetni impuls od detonirajueg tapina, nekoliko desetina puta ga pojaavaju i prenose na osnovno eksplozivno punjenje (1), to izaziva sigurnu i potpunu detonaciju pojanika. Pentritski pojanici se prethodno ispresuju ili izliju u alatu u odgovarajuem obliku i masi, postave na odredjenu poziciju (nosai) u odgovarajuem alatu ili kartonskom tuljku i naliju prethodno pripremljenim TNT. Postupkom kontrolisanog hladjenja teni TNT se prevodi u vrsto eksplozivno punjenje -tandem detonatorski pojanik koji se vadi iz alata ime je njegova izrada zavrena. Pojanici dobijeni na vakav nain su znatno jeftiniji, imaju sigurnu inicijaciju i bezbedniji su za izradu, manipulaciju, transport i skladitenje.[Tandem detonator accelerators and production procedure thereof comprise of a main explosive filling (2) of TNT in a detonating fuse bedding or DK-8 are inbuilt detonating accelerators (1) of passive penthrite or pentolite, which receive the starting impulse from the detonating fuse, by its increase at several tenth times and transferring to the main explosive filling (1), invoking thus a safe and complete detonation of accelerator. Penthrite accelerators go through preliminary treatment of pressing and molding in a tool of suitable shape and mass, and then get set in an adequate position (carriers) in the appropriate molding tool or pasteboard socket and cast by previously prepared TNT. In a regulated cooling process the liquid TNT is transferred into a solid explosive charging -tandem detonator accelerator that is taken out of the molding tool and herewith its production is carried out.
