The system has a support column assembly comprising a main mast (102), which is supported by a support column (101). The mast and a pole system (106) mount a camera assembly for inspection of various reactor components, while fuel is moved into or out of a core. The main mast rotates at 180 degree to allow inspections to be conducted inside and outside a boiling water nuclear reactor shroud. An independent claim is also included for a method for delivering a tool to a given location in a boiling water reactor.
